Before contacting support
Gozuh needs direct access to your Wazuh Manager API and Wazuh Indexer API. Check that the URLs, ports, certificates, usernames, passwords, and network routes are correct.
Common checks
- Wazuh Manager API is reachable, commonly on port 55000.
- Wazuh Indexer API is reachable, commonly on port 9200.
- Public hosts use HTTPS. Local HTTP is intended only for local addresses.
- Credentials are valid and have permission to read the needed data.
- Your iPhone can reach the same network as your Wazuh services.
- Biometric Lock is enabled in Gozuh Settings if your device supports Face ID or Touch ID.
