1. Read-focused client
Gozuh is a read-focused client application for viewing data from Wazuh environments configured by the user.
2. No managed security service
Gozuh is not a security monitoring service, managed SIEM, incident response service, compliance service, backup system, or substitute for professional cybersecurity review.
3. Data accuracy and availability
The accuracy, completeness, availability, and timeliness of data shown in Gozuh depends on the user's Wazuh configuration, API permissions, network connectivity, certificates, Wazuh version, and data retention settings.
4. User responsibilities
The user is responsible for securing their Wazuh infrastructure, API accounts, passwords, tokens, TLS certificates, network access, VPN access, mobile device, and backups.
5. Least privilege
The user should use read-only or least-privilege API credentials wherever possible.
6. No guaranteed detection
Gozuh does not guarantee detection of incidents, vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, breaches, or security events.
7. No warranties and no development commitment
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable mandatory law, Gozuh is provided free of charge and on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every version of iOS or Wazuh, suitability for a particular purpose, or fitness for a particular security or compliance purpose.
Gozuh depends on the user's own Wazuh environment, network configuration, credentials, certificates, Apple platform behavior, and third-party software changes. The provider and app developer may change, suspend, limit, or stop developing Gozuh at any time and do not promise maintenance, support, bug fixes, updates, continued availability, or new functionality.
8. Mandatory legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.
9. Independence from Wazuh
Gozuh is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or maintained by Wazuh, Inc.
